Webmail Address Book

You can set how you want names and addresses in your address book(s) to appear.

Default Address Book

If you have created any new address books (in the Address Book section), tell Webmail where to add new contacts by default. If you have not created any new address books, all new contacts are saved to Personal Addresses.

List Contacts As

Select how you want contact names to appear in your address book(s).

Sorting Column

Select the column to sort by. This will depend on what you selected for List Contacts As, just above.

Rows per Page

This option lets you choose how many contacts to show on one page. The higher the number, the more per page, and thus fewer pages to scroll through to find the name you want.

To change to a different number, click in the box, delete "50," and type in the number you want to use.

Skip Alternative Email Addresses in Autocompletion

If one of your contacts in the address book has multiple email addresses, by default you will see all of the email addresses for that contact.

If you want to see only the primary email address (the one that's first in the list of addresses), add a check to the box.

When you're done, click on Save to save the changes you made to your Address Book preferences.
