Related Pages Library
The Related Pages Block in BlockBuilder allows you to add links to other pages of your site to the page you're publishing or editing.
The related pages section of your page has two objectives...
-
Highlight other relevant content on your site so that visitors have a better sense of what you cover in your site.
-
Give your visitors another option for continuing their visit to your site.
This can also provide the bonus of increasing your "time on site" and reducing the "bounce rate" from the search engines. Improving both can help your site's search rankings.
In other words, it gives visitors an incentive to discover more of your site.
There's also a third objective you may have. That's to direct people toward one of your monetization options, especially one that put a lot of dollars in your pocket.
Categories
Related pages are based on Categories you assign to the pages of your site. Create Categories based on...
-
where you want to send people
-
a logical grouping
-
pages similar to those that Google Analytics is telling you they already visit, or
-
as a last resort, a Tier 2 mini-site.
