Remove From Whitelist
You may delete any address from your whitelist. Remember what that means...
Addresses removed from your whitelist will no longer be able to send you email.
To remove addresses from your whitelist, enter one address per line. Then click on the Remove from Whitelist button.
To delete all addresses from a domain, enter "@thatdomainname.com." For example, suppose you no longer want to receive email from anyone using a hotmail.com address. Here's what to do...
Enter "@hotmail.com" (without the quotes) into the Enter Addresses to Remove box. When you click on the Remove from Whitelist button, SVBI! deletes all hotmail.com addresses from your whitelist, except those that you had added individually.
To remove all addresses from a domain (including the ones that you had added individually), click the Remove Every Address From Entered Domain checkbox.
Tip
-
You can turn off whitelist-filtering. You can remove addresses from your whitelist, even if you turn it off.
And if you do turn it off (not generally recommended), SVBI! continues to automatically update your whitelist (e.g., adding addresses collected through newsletter subscriptions, Form Build It!, etc.).
When you decide to turn whitelist-filtering back on, all you have to do is export the "Address Book" from your client-side email software and upload that list of personal and business contact addresses to your whitelist.
