FBI! Thank You Page
Your visitors receive a Thank You page after they submit a form. Each form has its own Thank You page.
You cannot turn off this function. FBI! displays a default Thank You page, if you choose not to customize.
You can, however, change the content of this page to fit the context of the form (e.g., a registration form).
You don't have to think about matching the design of this page to your site. FBI! does that for you.
Do you upload your own HTML pages?
Read about how to create the Thank You Page template in Step 1 of the Upload Your Own HTML process.
Are you sending them an autoresponder follow-up? Within the body of your Thank You message, remind your visitors to whitelist your domain name in order to ensure smooth communication from you to them.
Also ask them to check their Junk or Spam folder if they're expecting a message from you.
If you're sending them a single autoresponder email, copy the following text, paste it into the Text Block, add your domain name, and then modify it to suit your voice...
You will receive an email from [me/us] shortly. If you do not receive the message within 30 minutes, check your Junk or Spam folder as your ISP or webmail service may have incorrectly filtered it there.
To make sure that [my/our] mail is not deleted or filtered into the Junk or Spam folder, please add <strong>@[yourdomainname.com]</strong> to your list of trusted senders or your address book/contact list (in your email software) and to your ISP/mail service's whitelist.
If you're sending an autoresponder series of emails, copy the text below.
You will receive the first email in the series from [me/us] shortly.
The first email in the series has an opt-in form. Please use it to confirm that you want to receive the remaining installments. Each additional email installment has an unsubscribe link, which you can use to stop receiving the undelivered emails.

A Thank You Page Example
You just created a feedback form and you're now ready to customize your Thank You page. Here's what happens...
First, change the Page Title to "Thank You for Your Feedback."
Next, add navigation to the page, so that visitors can explore your site after they're done.
Then change the Headline to "Thanks for Taking the Time," center it, and choose size 3.
Now it's time for the key step, inserting your message into the Body Text. Add a polite note of appreciation for your visitor's participation. Also gently mention an upcoming promotion.
Quickly preview the page. Is everything satisfactory? Click the Build It! button and you're finished!
Tips
-
The Title does not render HTML formatting code (e.g., bold, italic) properly, so do not use HTML to format the Title.
-
Do you have a free e-book to offer as an incentive? Provide a download link in the Body Text.
-
If the form is a poll or a survey and it uses radio buttons, drop down menus, or checkboxes, you have two display options...
Table -- the tabular reporting format is a line-by-line reporting of all data submitted by each visitor (one line per visitor).
Graph -- the graphic reporting format summarizes data in graphic format, making it easy for you and your visitors to see "the big picture."
