Webmail Save New Response (Canned Text)
Responses are text snippets that you can use over and over again in your emails. Another name for them is "canned text."
If you haven't already, click on the large + icon at the bottom of the Responses column to display the tool to create your canned text.
Enter the name you want to use for this response. The name you add here will display in the Responses column.
Type or paste in the text you want to save for use in future emails.
What kind of text can become a response? Anything that you don't want to re-type over and over. Or text that should be polished, such as answers to common questions that you receive.
When you're done, click on Save to save your new response.
