I can't login to my Store Build It! store from Site Central. What's wrong?

Empty your browser's cache (if you do not know how to do that, look up "cache" in your browser's online Help). Then shut down your computer. Restart it and log into Site Central. Then click on the Manage Store button. You should be able to get into the store. If not, this is "technical support" -- contact SiteSell's Support Team.

For technical issues such as this, SiteSell Support is the appropriate resource.  


How much do Store Build It! upgrades cost?

Store Build It! upgrades are no longer available. If you'd like to upgrade, you'll need to move to LexiConn (we've worked out a deal with them) or another ShopSite host. For details on making the move, see...

I've built and activated my store, but I am not getting any sales. What am I doing wrong?

Review Make Your Store Sell! to ensure you've built a store that "gets the click." Then, using the SBI! Action Guide as a reference, double check your SBI! site's PREselling efforts.

Remember, you must PREsell your products effectively on your SBI! theme-based content site in order to divert those warm, willing to buy visitors to your store, where you can sell them your products.

SiteSell addresses any integration issues between your SBI! site and your store, if they should ever occur. If your problem is not technical, you will be referred either one Level up or one Level down. Please remember that we have structured the delivery of support to be as cost-effective as possible for each and every SBIer.

Level 3) Store Build It! Experts (Rodeck Design)
Support, Consultation, Modifications, Building

Rodeck Design is one of ShopSite's foremost Certified Design groups. Should you need any consultation, or should you want/need to set up more advanced stores, that is where our Support and Design Partner, Rodeck Design, enters the picture.

They can help you with advanced packages that might involve modifying an existing store.

But they are also there if you merely need support (ex., software is not doing what you expect it to do when you click on a button), or a little consultation - "How do I set up my shipping -- I can't seem to get it right."
