Add/Manage Your Right Columns
You must have activated the right column in the Look and Feel Selector (since replaced by Site Designer) before any right column you build appears on your pages. If you have not done that yet, you will not be able to add any right columns to your BB1 pages.
The Right Column Builder tool, which you'll reach by clicking on the Build a New Right Column button, allows you to build and edit multiple third columns.
For example, you can have one for each TIER 2 section of your site, with thumbnail navigation images linking the related TIER 3 pages. Your home page could have a right column with testimonials about you or your site.
Important Note
Pages that SBI! generates for you will not display your default right column. You will need to build a BB2 page and fill in one or more of the Extra Column's Sitewide Dots with the common content that you want to display on these SBI!-generated pages. These pages include...

- C2 submission, comments, thank you and comment-form pages
- MailOut Manager subscription and confirmation thank you pages, and the newsletter "traffic cop" back issues page
- Error pages
Individual templates for each of these types of pages will be available soon in BB2, to allow you to completely customize each one.
To build a new column, click on the Build a New Right Column button now. This will open the Build a New Right Column tool page.
Right Columns Manager
- Click on any column name to edit, preview or delete that column.
- Click on A-z (default), Z-a or Last Built to sort the columns.
The Right Columns Manager lets you edit existing columns, preview them, and delete them.
Click on a column name. A small blue window appears with edit, preview and delete links. Choose your option from there.
Some browsers won't display the preview unless you have pop-up blocking turned off. If you click on the preview link and a page preview doesn't appear, turn off blocking and try it again.
Clicking on the edit link will take you to the Edit a Right Column tool page, where you can make any changes to the content of the selected right column.
You can sort your columns alphabetically A-z or Z-a, or by the most recently built column.
