Image Search Report for Page
The Image Search Report for Page ("each-page.html") delivers all of the keywords that found each page of your site through image search over the past 90 days (since the last time you updated the SE HQ data). The four SE columns show how often each engine's Image Search found each keyword for each page.
This is the second of two levels of image search reporting...
- Image Search Report for Site ("yourdomain.com")
- Image Search Report for Page ("each-page.html").
Study this list carefully. When it comes to image search, people often use keywords that you did not anticipate. Use this opportunity to expand your Master Keyword List and to realize the "image search potential" of some or all of your site.
For example, clicking on the Specific Keyword "anguilla beaches" from the Site Report, reveals that "beaches" is returning a large number of Image Search results according to that Page Report. Grow this opportunity!
And clicking on "anguilla airfare" shows (surprise!) "Private jets." The rich love Anguilla. Another opportunity knocks... a page about private jetting to Anguilla... with lots of photos, of course!
Additional Use for Page Report...
Each number (Number of Times Found for Keyword) is a link. Click on the "number-link" for each Keyword/Search Engine combination to open a new window that performs this actual search for you, at that engine. Check to see how well you rank and which images are being found. How?
Do a "keyboard FIND" (i.e., Ctrl-F, or Command-F on a Mac) right on the search results Web page for your domain name. If it's not there, advance to the next page of search results. Continue as deeply as you like.
This will tell you how that particular search is ranking for you, "live" (remember, the results in the Report are from the past 90 days since you last updated the report).
Bottom line?
This Page Report often shows us new keywords with significant Image Search Demand, keywords that were previously not found by Text Demand tools. And often, these are keywords you would never have imagined!
So if your site is visually oriented, this can be an excellent source of new keywords aimed at being found by Image Search.
