1) Take The One That Gives You The Most Pieces Of The Biggest Pie

2) Take The One That Gives You The Most Pieces
(when # visitors > 10, but missing CPC*PCDM data)
(Google # visitors) > (Yahoo! # visitors)
(Yahoo! # visitors) > (Google # visitors)
3) Low Traffic Pages
(Google # visitors) AND (Yahoo! # visitors) < 10

a)
If page is in Top 30 (i.e., bold) for Google but not in Yahoo!
b)
If page is in Top 30 (i.e., bold) for Yahoo! but not in Google
c) If page is in Top 30 for both, put , unless page is found by Yahoo! in Top
10 and only found by Google > 10 (in which case, put ).
d) If not in the Top 30 at any engine AND CPC*PCDM > $2,
put a or for whichever engine has the higher CPC*PCDM.
e) If not in the Top 30 at any engine AND CPC*PCDM < $2
(Not every page should have advertising.)
f) If missing CPC*PCDM, you'll see a dash ("-").
