Search It!'s tutorials
All of SBI!'s help, guides, articles, tutorials, key forum posts, HQs, etc. are at your fingertips. Find any topic across the entire set of SBI! documentation.
Find It! is not intended for brand new SBIers. It's best used by those who have covered material and can't remember where "that article or help or info" was.
Or for those who know quite a bit about a certain topic (e.g., "inbound links") and want to find out if SBI! has additional information.
Bottom line? If it's in SBI!'s documentation, Find It! will find it.
There are three ways to use Find It!...
Search For It! Use a Search Term
- Enter the search term or phrase.
- Select Exact Word or Phrase (do not use quotes), for a narrow search, or Match ALL Words, for a wider search, from the drop down menu.
- Click the Search For It! button.
- On the results page, click on the link that best matches what you're searching for.
- Scan for each occurrence of the word or phrase you searched for (highlighted in yellow) in the document.
This section allows you to search through all the SBI!-related documentation for any topic you enter (e.g., "monetization," "MKL," "inbound links," etc.).
However, Search For It! is not meant to "be Google" (open-ended research). Instead, Search For It! indexes a closed system of SBI! documentation, then ties it all together in a single spot.
So if your term does not exist in the SBI! documentation, Search For It! tells you so (for more on this, see the last Tip in this section, below).
Use Search For It! if you know the specific term you're looking for (e.g., "inbound links") and you suspect that it's somewhere in alln of SBI!'s documentation (including larger spots such as the e-books).
Tips
-
Exact Word or Phrase is the default search criterion. Do not add quotes when using it, as Find It! adds them automatically.
-
Match ALL Words brings back documents that have all the words in the search term in them, located anywhere on the page.
-
To search for an SBI! functionality tag (e.g., ***WHATSNEW***), remove the ***. Search only for WHATSNEW.
-
Search For It! automatically highlights every occurrence of the search term in each document returned. If you use Match ALL Words, the first word you enter is highlighted in yellow. The second is highlighted in blue, and the third in gray.
-
If no results are returned, broaden your search by using a more general search term or fewer words, or by changing the search criterion.
-
Important: The search function can only find results among the pages that actually contain your search term(s). If your term does not exist in the SBI! documentation, Find It! tells you so.
It will not bring back results if you type a word incorrectly (e.g., "monitization" instead of "monetization"). It will not bring back results if you enter only part of a word (e.g., "mone" instead of "money" or "monetization").
And avoid using plurals as search terms. If you use a plural, Find It! will only bring back pages that have the plural form in them, and highlight only the plural form. It will not bring back pages that have only the singular form.
Bookmark It! Frequently Used Links

- Click on the Frequently Used Link you want.
This section allows you to "get there fast."
SBI! has many tools to help you build a successful business. So some SBIers tend to get a bit lost early on. To help you navigate easily...
The list of "Frequently Used Links" (as well as the two other ways to "find it") makes this page the only one you'll ever need to bookmark.
Drill Down For It! Help for Site Central Modules
- Click on a module link in the Directory.
- Review the listings in the results page.
- Click on the link for the information you're looking for.
This section is a directory of help and information related to each module/section of Site Central. The listings are laid out as they appear in Site Central.
Scroll down to the relevant section and click on a module's link to find relevant pages.
Tip
-
Each link opens in a new window. If the results page does not have a link to the information you're looking for, close the window and you'll be back in Find It!. Then select a different module or section, or try Search For It! instead by entering the module's name into the search box.
