Using the Site Central Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you quick, and direct, access to the most commonly used parts of Solo Build It!.

BI! Notifications

You'll see the BI! Notifications icon...

A click on the button opens an overlay showing all the Keyword Value Tasks that you chose (in the preferences) to display here. It also shows the last date that one of the tasks was updated (which is the last time you updated Search Engine HQ).

Content 2.0

If you see that your C2 has new submissions and/or comments, click on the C2 button. An overlay will appear on top of Site Central.

The overlay displays all of the invitations you have, with currently unapproved submissions, along with new comments and pending comments.

Remember, new comments have gone live already, unless you require that they be approved first, in which case they also appear in the Pending column.

Click on the link to approve submissions or edit/approve comments in one of the invitations.

Get Form Data

If you see that you have FBI! form submissions, click on the Get Form Data button. An overlay will appear.

The overlay displays the new submissions for every form on your site since the last time you cleared the button's counter.

Click on the form name to go to a page that displays the submissions for that form, or click on Go to Get Form Data to see all the forms.

Click on clear all to clear the counter in the widget.

Webmail Inbox

If you see that you have new, unread email messages in your Webmail inbox, click on the Webmail Inbox button.

MailOut Manager

MailOut Manager tells you how many new subscribers you've gained for your MailOut Manager newsletter, and whether the total is up or down (+ or -). It does not report on subscribers for a Mailchimp or AWeber newsletter.

It also tells you what the open rate was for your last newsletter issue.

Note: This only applies to MailOut Manager. It does not supply information for a Mailchimp or AWeber account.

Today's TNT HQ or MHQ Article

Each day you'll see a different article title. Click on the button to go directly to the article.

Site Health

After you run the Site Health report, the Site Health icon changes from a green circle with a white checkmark to a red circle with a white number indicator, or from red to green. If you see the red circle, you'll know there are issues to investigate and resolve.

Click on the Site Health button to open the overlay and see how many HTTPS non-secure links and how many broken links your site has.

In the overlay, click on Go to Site Health to resolve those issues.

When you've finished fixing everything, run the Site Health report again. The dashboard icon will change to green again.

GA (Google Analytics) Stats

Click on the button to see a review of your monthly stats over the last 14 months.

You can see the Visitors, the Visits and the Page Views by clicking on a link in the top right. You can also see Monthly (for the past 14 months) or Daily (for the past 30 days) by clicking on a link in the top left corner.

Hover over any column to see the total number for that day or month.

The Daily view gives a running view of the last 30 days, not just the days of the current month.

Click on Go to Traffic Stats to view your stats in more detail.

The bar chart on the button itself is a quick indicator of your traffic over the previous 14 months and the current month.

You can also view SBI!'s traffic stats. Click on the link in the overlay, or at the bottom of the Google Analytics Traffic Stats page, to view the other stats.
